Common questions
Orders and payment
How do I order a correction?
Pick a package on the corrections page and pay in the secure checkout. Right after payment, a form asks for the exam prompt and your text for each task. You get your correction by email within 48 hours (72 hours with the re-check).
How do I pay? Is it safe?
Payments go through Whop, a secure checkout used by thousands of online businesses: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details never reach us, and your bank’s protections still apply.
Are there extra fees?
No hidden fees. Prices are in US dollars. If your country charges tax on digital services, it is added and shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may add its own currency conversion fee if your card is not in USD.
What if I’m not happy or it’s late?
If a correction or CV arrives after the time shown, you can get a full refund. If something in your correction is unclear, reply to our email and we explain it. Full rules in the refund policy.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Whop emails you a receipt after payment, and you can download it from your Whop account at any time.
I was scammed before. How can I be sure I’ll receive what I pay for?
We understand. You can check everything first: a real sample correction, the free quiz and 2 free course modules. Payment goes through a regulated checkout, not to a personal account, so your bank can protect you. And if your correction is late, you get your money back. You can also write to us before buying.

Aiming for NCLC 7 in TCF Canada writing? One small mistake can cost you points. Sample correction, task 1: “semaine” is feminine, so “dernière”; before a vowel, “nouvel”; “à” (preposition) is not “a” (avoir); conjugation: “tu vas”. About 52 words: the minimum is 60, so this task risks “A1 non atteint”. Every correction includes your text marked and corrected, an estimated score /20 and NCLC level, and explanations in French or English. Corrected by someone who scored C2 on the TCF, with 17/20 in written expression. Send your text. Get your estimated level.
