Orders and payment

How do I order a correction?

Pick a package on the corrections page and pay in the secure checkout. Right after payment, a form asks for the exam prompt and your text for each task. You get your correction by email within 48 hours (72 hours with the re-check).

How do I pay? Is it safe?

Payments go through Whop, a secure checkout used by thousands of online businesses: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details never reach us, and your bank’s protections still apply.

Are there extra fees?

No hidden fees. Prices are in US dollars. If your country charges tax on digital services, it is added and shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may add its own currency conversion fee if your card is not in USD.

What if I’m not happy or it’s late?

If a correction or CV arrives after the time shown, you can get a full refund. If something in your correction is unclear, reply to our email and we explain it. Full rules in the refund policy.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Whop emails you a receipt after payment, and you can download it from your Whop account at any time.

I was scammed before. How can I be sure I’ll receive what I pay for?

We understand. You can check everything first: a real sample correction, the free quiz and 2 free course modules. Payment goes through a regulated checkout, not to a personal account, so your bank can protect you. And if your correction is late, you get your money back. You can also write to us before buying.

Corrections

What exactly do you correct?

Your answers to the 3 writing tasks of the TCF Canada (or TCF Québec): you practise on an exam prompt, write your text, and we correct it the way examiners grade: task fit, word count, structure, register and language. You also get an estimated score /20 and NCLC level.

What is an exam prompt?

It is the instruction of a writing task, for example “Write to a friend to invite them to your birthday party (60 to 120 words)”. You can use a prompt from your books, the free practice topics in our Writing Kit, or one you remember from the exam.

At what stage of my immigration project should I order?

Before you take the TCF Canada, ideally 2 to 4 weeks before. Your TCF results are what give you language points for permanent residence (Express Entry and other programs). See our free Canada guide for the steps.

Who corrects my texts? Is it AI?

Every text is read, corrected and scored by our corrector, who scored C2 on the TCF with 17/20 in written expression. No automatic correction. More on the About page.

In which language are the explanations?

French or English, your choice. Your text itself is corrected in French, of course.

Can I send handwritten texts?

Yes, a clear photo or scan works, but typed text is faster to correct. If your exam is on paper, practising by hand is a good idea.

Do you correct the TEF Canada?

Its writing tasks are different. Write to us through the contact form before ordering and we tell you what we can do.

Speak with us

How do audio sessions work?

You send a short request, we check our schedule, then you get a time and an audio call link by email. 30 minutes of relaxed conversation (or a TCF speaking practice, or a topic you choose), then feedback. Details on Speak with us.

Is the camera on?

No. Sessions are audio only, for everyone. You just need a quiet place and headphones.

In which language is the feedback?

The conversation is in French. We can explain things in the language you prefer, and the feedback can be in French, English or Arabic.

Course, downloads and CV

What is La Méthode Marge Rouge?

Our online course: 11 interactive modules on grammar, spelling and the method for writing tasks 1 to 3, 193 exercises, a final exam and a certificate of completion, in English or French. Try 2 modules free.

Do I need an account for the course? What if I change phone?

No account or password. Your access key is your login: enter it on any device and your progress comes back. One key works on up to 3 devices.

How do I get my PDFs?

Instantly after payment, in your Whop account and in your receipt email. With a correction, the free PDFs are sent with your order.

What is a Canadian-format CV?

One or two pages, no photo, age or marital status, achievements rather than duties, and Canadian spelling and conventions. We rewrite yours and add a matching cover letter. See Canadian CV.

The TCF Canada

What score do I need for NCLC 7 in writing?

10/20 in TCF Canada writing (and speaking) is NCLC 7. 12 = NCLC 8, 14 = NCLC 9, 16 = NCLC 10. Full tables in the Canada guide.

How many words for each task?

Task 1: 60 to 120 words. Task 2: 120 to 150 words. Task 3: 120 to 180 words. You have 60 minutes for all three.

Is there an age limit?

The TCF Canada is open from 16 years old, with no upper limit. For Express Entry there is no age limit either, but points for age go down from age 30 and reach zero at 45, which makes French points even more valuable. See the Canada guide.
